The non-plus-ultra pH electrode for pure water
The InLab® Pure Pro has been designed to make it the perfect electrode for aqueous samples with very low ionic strength, including ultra pure water. The bridge electrolyte chamber allows the use of 1mol/L KCl to reduce the concentration gradient at the diaphragm. The immovable glass sleeve enables a fast ion flow which ensures a low resistance and therefore a more stable signal. Like all high performing pH electrodes by METTLER TOLEDO it features an integrated temperature probe for automatic temperature compensation.

InLab® Ultra-Micro
Special Electrodes
A 3 mm glass-body, micro combination pH electrode with S7 screw head. In contrast to the InLab® Micro, this electrode has a shorter sensor shaft for easier handling. The ceramic junction is placed lower in order to make it possible to measure in extremely small sample volumes down to 15 µL. The special Friscolyte-B® electrolyte enables stable and drift-free readings even when the membrane touches the vial. Thanks to these features the InLab® Ultra-Micro is ideal for measuring in very small vessels such as vials or well plates.

InLab® Viscous Электрод для вязких образцов
Электрод InLab® Viscous был специально разработан для анализа липких и вязких образцов, с которыми часто сталкиваются в кометической промышленности. Электроды обеспечивают высокую точность измерений и не требуют постоянного технического обслуживания.
Разработка конcтрукции датчика велась совместно с известными производителями косметической продукции.
Специалисты проанализировали 15 типов различных образцов: от шампуня до туши, и изучили конкретные проблемы, возникающие при измерении рН жирных и кремообразных образцов.
С самого начало было ясно, что для работы в щелочных средах электрод дожен быть изготовлен из специального мембранного стекла марки -НА-. Использование высокощелочного стекла обеспечивает точность измерений во всем диапазоне (рН 0-14) и позволяет минимизировать щелочные ошибки, возникающие при работе в диапазоне рН выше 12. Для решения проблемы с загрязнением мембраны датчика потребовался новый подход. Чтобы исключить загрязнение диафрагмы образцом, необходимо обеспечить постоянное истечение электролита через мембрану.
Эта идея была реализована путем создания в электроде системы внутреннего давления. Электролит в системе сравнения находится под избыточным давлением, что обеспечивает его постоянное истечение через мембрану на протяжении всего жизненного цикла датчика
