Low conductivity measurement requires special attention. When measuring pure or ultra-pure water there are several sources of potential error such as carbon dioxide from air and temperature inaccuracy:
- The digital conductivity sensor InLab® Trace has a high precision temperature probe. The conductivity and temperature signals are digitalized and combined through a special algorithm for unmatched conductivity accuracy.
- The optional flow-cell made of polypropylene provides the perfect protection from carbon dioxide. Because it does not contain a single piece of conducting material, any interference is excluded. Using the Flow Cell InLab® Trace the highest repeatability and reproducibility ever can be achieved.
- The Flow Cell InLab® Trace was built at an angle to prevent air bubbles being trapped. Your workflow is optimized to the max. Enjoy the peace of mind.
- For pure water we also offer a special temperature compensation mode to increase the reliability of your readings.

Описание
The stainless steel cell of the InLab®742 ISM-5m is especially designed for highly accurate and precise results of pure and ultra-pure water and the risk of carryover from one sample to another is reduced to a minimum. The InLab®742 ISM-5m comes with a quality certificate that indicates the actual cell constant. In addition, each individual cell constant is stated on the cable. For measurements of ultra-pure water the METTLER TOLEDO glass flow -cell is recommended. The probe is fully protected against ingress of water and dust (IP67 rated).
